Evening/morning/afternoon all (pick a time zone)


This season I've been experimenting with chilies grown in a couple of
different hydroponic systems (a "flood and drain" and a "wick system" for
those technically minded out there).

Seems to be cropping pretty well.  Lots of habs, serranos, mulatos and
scotch bonnets cruising along.  Only problem I've had is aphids but a dose
of systemic aphid blaster appears to have fixed that.

Is there anyone out there who is also growing chilies hydroponically and if
so, do you have any secrets, pitfalls or ideas to pass along?
