My Bro and I are making a daytrip tomorrow (Sat) to Peppers in Dewey Beach,
Delaware.  Taking the Parkway down to Exit 0 and jumping on the Cape May
Ferry over to Delaware.  Peppers ( www.peppers.com ) claims to have the
biggest collection of hotsauces in the world (5000+).  They also have an
adjoining restaurant, the Starboard.  I plan to give Chip Hearn, one of the
co-owners, a copy of the NY times articles on hotsauce that contained a
photo of him.
