You're thinking of a place called "Quaker Steak and Lube" in Sharon, PA.  That's just over the PA/OH border from Youngstown, OH.  The place is great and does have some pretty hot wings!!!  There are at least 10 different flavors/hotness of wings.  It's in an old "Quaker State" gas station.  Man, it's right out the fifties!!!!  There's two other service stations in the same general area; one that specializes in ribs and the other in pizza.  All great places to hang-out (or cruise-in) on a Friday or Saturday night!  Highly recommend the whole town of Sharon as a place for the whole family to go for the weekend.  I live in Beavercreek, OH (near Dayton).
