The April 4th - 10th issue of "The Economist", page 90, has an article titled "A brief history of chile cuisine" that maybe of interest to this communicty. In the penultimate sentence, this article mentioned a non-profit research organization in Tucson called "Native Seeds" that collects wild plant varieties. Have anyone in this group ever hear of them? How do I find out more about the work they do? Any help is appreciated.
