Well since you have 5 gallons of cayanne, you might try extracting some capsaicin using the dissolve in everclear, wait, filter solids, and evaporate method. You might try making some cayanne breadsticks or cayanne pretzels adding cayanne to the dough before baking. Sort of like "THE BREAD" but different.
