Well since you have 5 gallons of cayanne, you might try extracting 
some capsaicin using the dissolve in everclear, wait, filter solids, and 
evaporate method.

You might try making some cayanne breadsticks or cayanne pretzels
adding cayanne to the dough before baking.  Sort of like "THE BREAD" 
but different.

Some cayanne lollypops for halloween would be another idea, now that 
April Fool's Day has passes.  :-)

Spiced nuts is another idea, also spiced Chex mix.
