Rael once mentioned that he liked a cookbook called "Louisiana Kitchen." I've been watching for it in used bookstores, but haven't found anything by that title yet. On amazon.com, there is a book listing for a reprint edition of "From a Louisiana Kitchen," by Berowitz. There is another listing for the same title (out-of-print) by Holly Berkowitz Clegg.
