[CH] hot festivals in western Canada

The only ones I know of are the Chili Cook-offs. There is one in
Kelowna in May?? I think. And the ICS Cdn Championships are in Richmond
in July or August. I haven't heard the date yet. There is a CASI
cookoff in New Westminster in the summer some time as well. Sometimes
there is an unsanctioned one at Whistler as well, but I haven't heard
anything about that for a couple years.
