My goof.  There was no tomato paste used; just sauce.  Paste can be used
(typically is) but ya gotta re-do the recipe :)

The recipe in the Paul P. "Louisiana Kitchen" cookbook from the other
thread is the basis for my knowledge here.  'Tis a wonderful recipe.  Hell,
it's a wonderful book.  Everyone on this list should own it.
