I personally don't care too much for extract sauces (that ol' burnt possum fur taste), but two non-extract sauces I have tried recently are great tasting and quite hot. One is Jim's "Ralph's Righteous Habanero Sauce", I get it from Hot's Desire <http://www.machines.com/hotsdesr/>, and Cajohn's "Krakatoa" which is Red Savina mash with salt added <www.cajohns.com>. They both have a great, big Habanero flavor and make the top of my head sweat. The usual disclaimers apply.
