I'm not pointing any fingers here, just blurting out the facts as I saw them. In October I orderd some seeds (4 different varieties of peppers) from Carol Seeds. At this point I was a major amature at this seed germination thing. I tried to germinate my seeds in rockwool (for my hydroponic system) and really had no idea what I was doing. Finally one variety germinated. Since hearing things on the list about habs taking a while to germinate I kept at it hoping they would eventially poke there little heads up. Didn't happen, none of my other pepper seeds germinated, so a month or two later I tried again, this time nothing. So I sent them an e-mail telling them what happened. They were really nice and sent me some more seeds. In the mean time I orderd some seeds from burpee. I got my new seeds from carol, after 2 or 3 days from I e-mailed them (GOOD SERVICE), so I tried them again. This time I got 2 out of 3 to germinate, still no habs ! Finally after me calling burpee 2 x's wondering where my seeds where (it took almost 3 weeks) I got the seeds. I stuck em in my rockwool cubes, soaked em in water, stuck em in my closet, and had germinated seeds really fast. I'm not going to give my opinion about which company is better, I'll let you decide. --Anton--
