I kept my chili plants in our sunhouse in the automn, and the first slight frost outside (which still means something like 5 centidegrees in our sunhouse) killed all plants except my tepins. Moreover, my main problem with overwintering seems to be pests. I need to spray a lot of insecticide on the plants if I want to keep them in the house.
