Try Simpson's Seeds, 27 Meadowbrook, Old Oxted, Surrey. Tel:01883
715242. Their catalogue lists over 3 dozen varieties of chilli, although
not all are best suited to our iffy climate.

I buy from them every  year and although you don't get too many
seeds for your money, the germination rate is OK. 

Usual disclaimers, of course!

But you need to be mega-quick if you're hoping for a crop this year.
