I would run over my mom for good Indo food <sorry, mom!> but this so called Tex-Mex place advertised itself as "genuine" and had a lot of the right key-words in the menu. Phoo, was I fooled. I was tempted to make a formal complaint but my Belgian husband told me that to find what we got, in Holland, was doing pretty good... I disagree, but then, I sorta feel like you shouldn't try it unless you respect the original recipe a tad. Then, he reminded me of French food in America. Inexpensive French food, that is. Money can buy you good eats damn near anywhere. Anyhow, next time I hit the road, I go prepared. Love to eat them peppers, Peppers what I love to eat.
