Judith- Without a doubt my favorite commercial salsa (I know you asked for hot sauce.) is made right here in Abilene, Texas. (Not affiliated, etc.) It's called Absolutely Picante (three heat levels). I first tried it because it has no VINEGAR. I still buy it because it tastes good, and is made with bulked veggies, not tomato paste. I have tried every variety available and still come back to this brand. Unfortunately, it is not widely available.
