The worst salsa/chile sauce I ever had was made by my motherinlaw (may she rest in peace). An excellent german cook she would now and then take a flyer into something more exotic. She didn't use recepies and nevery askedanyone what was in something, nor did she taste the stuff, sooo her goal was to make it look right (she made spaghetti sauce out of campbell's tomato soup and ketchup!). Thus her salsa was made of chopped tomatos, green onions and bell peppers dressed with oil, vineger salt and peper. It was a fine salad but a terrible salsa! Peace, love and peppers Lorraine
