I might be getting old&soft but.... I have recently taken to just ordering the "hot" dishes as the cook intends to make it, sit back and enjoy my meal.. Too often I found myself in a machismo-contest w/ cooks, wherein the food was finally hot enough for me to break a sweat but tasted like "poo-poo". Though I did recently send back an order of "buffalo wings".. they were _so_ horrible. tasted like they just slathered them w/ straight tobasco <belch, vinegar!> John A.
