	Try 911 Hot Sauce - tastes like pureed scotch bonnets. (some
might disagree) bur I think that
	it as close as you can get with a commercial sauce. Very little
vinegar flavor - very fruity. 
	Probably a 6 or 7 out of 10 on the heat scale where a scotch
bonnet is higher compared to 
	other peppers.
