I can vouch for this being a great recipe...much room for personal
preference(s), experimentation, etc.  Made it a few years back when working
in a restaurant/bar (did more bar biz than food...college student
hang-out).  When people would order chips and salsa (actual home-made
salsa...but quite mild IMO) I'd send out a small "bullet" container of this
stuff along with some habanero-pineapple salsa.  Knocked some of those
young, foolish college students on their arses, it did...
