When I lived in Seattle several years ago, I did some contract work for the NPS at the North Cascades NP headquarters in Sedro Woolley, south of Lynden in the Skagit River valley (a valley also known for a tulip or two). To my great pleasure, I found a Mexican restaurant that catered to farm workers. Most of the time I was the only Anglo in the place. Great food, and it made a boring job better than it would have been otherwise. David
