[CH] Hot & Spicy in Pennsylvania?

Yes, once again, it's time to hit the road, to the greater glory of my employer. I'll be spending 3 out of the 4 weeks of June in and around Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Any CHers in the area, or anyplace else, have suggestions as to where to get spicy food? I'll be staying in an apartment and have cooking facilities too, so any ideas about where to shop for chiles, hot sauces etc. would be welcomed.
