[CH] Need recipe for sick friend

I was browsing the other day and found a recipe for Capsicum Candy-It is
made and used by Patients that are going through Kemo-Therapy. It help
alleviate the sores in their mouth from the radiation and Kemo. I tried to
find it again to make some for my friend and I cannot locate it. Please
could you find the recipe for me or tell me where I might find it.   Thank
