Well, I only found one hot place in Palm Springs (mind you, I only ate
three dinners, two of them at this place!).  I think I have the spelling
correct:  Peeryah Thai. It's on Palm Canyon Dr., north of Vista Chino by
a few blocks on the west side of the street. It's a hole-in-the-wall
kinda place (ain't those the best?), GREAT Thai food. The heat level is
a little on the low side. They scale it 1 to 10, I ordered a 12 the
second night and then added chile to it to get the heat up. But the
flavors were PERFECT. It gets a 10 from me on quality!
