Tony Chachere's Famous Creole Seasoning (say Sasheray) 1 tsp. crushed garlic A little ground hab powder would be nice if you can handle it Method: Place all ingredients in a measuring cup. Microwave till butter is soft and stir till a smooth consistency. Any amount left over can be kept in fridge for later use. Spread about a tablespoon full of the butter mixture on each ear of corn and wrap in foil. Place ears on grill, high above the coals. Cook for 30 minutes, turning 1/3 revolution each 10 minutes.
