This is too late but...
Tomatillo Chipotle Salsa
10 tomatillos, husked and rinsed
1/2 thick slice of large onion
4 cloves garlic, skin left on
2 chipotles en adobo
4 sprigs cilantro
salt to taste
Pan blacken tomatillos, onion and garlic. Puree with other
ingredients.
