Hey John,
We recently planted both the Tahitian and Kaffir limes in the same 
half wine barrel. Only did it this winter, but there is a absolute 
stack of little limes coming on and both are now looking very health. 
I think it will be a matter of keeping them well fed, and their size 
should be limited nicely.
