Penzey's sells a Hungarian Sharp and a California Sweet Paprika. The
Hungarian usually costs more and is prized by many cooks. (sure to get
arguments here) Probably two different varieties of pepper. Again it goes
to show that you get better stuff and you know what you are getting when
you shop at Penzy's.

Disclaimer: Wish they did pay me for advertizing. I am just a satisfied
customer, over 30 years doing business with the Penzy family :-)

BTW: either variety of paprika is legitimate.
