Thanks to all who sent recipes and advice for Chocolate Chille cakes. After experimenting with a couple I came to the conclusion that the first piece of advice was probably the best. Just make a chocolate cake that you are familiar with, or one off the cocoa packet and add whatever "hots" that take your fancy. In my case a blend of ground chilles. Next time maybe fresh Habs of which I still have a few that have survived the winter and are now growing again. Tony Flynn
