Hello CH: I need to know the best peppers for roasting - I've never had them roasted but would like to try. If anyone has a list or a web site I could go to I would appreciate it. I plan on growing some for roasting next yr. and would to go ahaed and get the seeds. Hot to mild - I'd like to know the best tasting. What type of chili pepper is a Quadjillo ( spelling not quite right ) - I saw them dryed in the grocery store - they're 3'' or 4' long and dark red when dryed - they seem to be a large pepper when ripe - any ideas on this?
