I mix a can of chipotle chiles in adobo with a jar of currant jelly, 2 or 3 tablespoons of hot mustard, 2 or 3 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1/2 cup of finely chopped or minced onion and 1/4 cup of Rose's Lime juice (a staple which goes wonderfuly with just about any pepper based recipe) I heat this in a crock pot or on the stove in a heavy pot and add a pound or so of "Little Smokies" or tiny homemade meatballs, or any other bite-sized goodie - including pre-cooked chick.drummettes. If you have an electric skillet this works great too. this makes a fair-to-midlin' hot appetizer. -- Andie Paysinger & the PENDRAGON Basenjis,Teafer,Cheesy,Singer & Player asenji@earthlink.net So.
