I do, because of the ability to do category searches ("vegetarian main dishes" or "fruit desserts" or whatever), to export several recipes at once to a single file to send to someone, and to edit without having to use a separate program. And like (I'm fairly sure) most here, I would have no idea how to set up my own search functions for use on my ASCII files; most of us just aren't that tech-y, so far as I know. :) x Rain @@@@ \\\\\
