Sacrilegious as it is, I’ve always thought haberneros tasted like dirt! OK, I’ve said it. I love about every other pepper, and can’t get enough cilantro, although when I first started using it, I thought a pinch was plenty. And then many years ago I thought Tabasco was HOT! Maybe if I keep trying the Habs I’ll come around. By the way, thanks for all the answers about wabasi. I can’t wait to try some. If it has any flavor of a normal horseradish, I know I’ll love it.
