I've been hooked on cilantro ever since I ate street tacos in Tijuana.
Since then, I've grown it for the last two years in my garden.  I agree
with the previous posts that it quickly turns to coriander.  Use it or
lose it.

Hhhhuuummmm...  Initially, cilantro tasted like soap to me.  But it no
longer does.
