Did I spell that right? Oh well. I've bought seeds and grown the peppers, they're nice. As was said, they resemble stunted cubanelles. They're moderately hot, and when fresh they're much more flavorful than the vinegar/salt saturated versions you see in the salad bars. Most stores also stock them among the various unrefrigerated pickles, or else look for the gourmet section where you'd find jars of ripe olives. Last night was Dinner by Lodge - their iron sportsman grill with their iron dutch oven. I seared beef in the inverted lid and simmered beans, peppers and corn in the skillet. Now my hair smells like hickory smoke. Alex Silbajoris 72163.1353@compuserve.com camping on the patio
