[CH] Mexican or other Chile utilizing restaurants in the Twin

Chile Heads (especially those in the real Great White North) -
I'm a relatively recent returnee to Minnesota from Colorado where I came to take for granted the wonders of chiles. From growing them to enjoying them with most if not all foods, I became spoiled. Alas, now I am a stranger in a strange land and am in need of assistance. Can anyone tell me of any restaurants, markets, delis, etc. that provide quality chiles and spicy food? I especially desire a place with good (authentic if possible) Mexican food (green chile, rellenos, shredded (NOT GROUND!) beef, etc). Any help is greatly appreciated.
