[CH] UK Chi{le|lli|li} heads

Just a few questions, mostly for UK peeps:

I went to the Good Food show recently and got a catalogue
from Hot-Headz (http://www.firstbyteuk.oaktree.co.uk/hotheadz.htm)
and they had various sauces by 'The chile man' (Steve Donovan) as
seen on T.V. and they are made in England. Who is he? What TV show
is he on? Are the sauces good? or even is he on the list? :)

Secondly, it said about one range of sauces 'a smash hit at their
U.K. introduction at the 1998 chilli fiesta' What is this?

Thirdly, the catalogue has a sauce called 'Cafe tequila' which comes
in a chemical flask type bottle and contains Tequila. Sounds nice,
and is expensive (7.99UKP) Has anyone tasted this? Is it nice or a
gimmick?
