>I know several of you chile-heads are computer support people. Any ideas >why I couldn't open Chile-Heads digest #138? I use Windows 95, and Eudora >Lite 3.0, and tapping on the mouse, cursor on C-H digest #138 elicited just >the @#$%^ tumbling hourglass. Wouldn't stop. Control-alternate-delete, >restarted computer. Same thing. Turned computer off for overnight. This >morning the same thing, so I deleted it without reading. Sob. TIA, Someone posted a MIME'ed executable to the list yesterday; this tends to mess up the digest. You might check out the archives; viewing it without a MIME compatible email reader (ie, in HTML) just leaves it as a large number of lines of garbage, which can be skipped over.
