While in Houston I tasted a mexican drink called Horchata from the 
Fiesta Mart on 1960 made from Rice with i think a bit of cinnamon added
I'd like to make my own to serve at the neighbourhood block party over 
the festive season .. Only reference i had lists Horchata as a Spanish
 Ground Almond drink ..
Also looking for a recipe for a Corsicana Texas fruit Cake, I think 
thats a (tm).

Some of the neighbours just won't eat most of my dishes <G>.
But i'm having a fair bit of success up at the Pistol Club, several of 
the members are now adding Jamaican style Scoth Bonnet sauce to their 
Bbq steaks, one even suggested I plant several varieties out there ..
