James, I'm pretty sure Ring of Fire is a California hot sauce that comes in several "flavors". I know I've seen their sauces at Peppers in Dewey Beach. Try www.peppers.com and use the sauce finder feature. I'd be interested to hear if maybe someone else out there has actually tried their sauces. While I'm ranting. For Washington D.C. area CH's, I went to the new outlet mall in Leesburg recently and they have several gourmet kitchen outlets with decent hot sauce and powder selections. Several sauces were priced below $2, truly a price that I found appealing. I was also pleasantly suprised at my last visit to Hard Times Cafe to find they had added a bottle of Habanero sauce to every table. I didn't find the sauce to be very hot but truly a pleasing replacement for the generic food service brand they had been using. The best option for heat at Hard Times is the side order of fresh minced jalapenos. PT in VA.
