Got a bag of dried and minced Taka no Tsume ("Falcon's Claw") peppers from my Japanese friend. Quite hot, with a tough skin, almost no seeds. Seems to be something like bird's eye peppers. Tried to cover it with raspberry vinegar, and mixed in some salt and honey... quite nice, but something is missing. Kristofer
