I'm on my way to a holiday party tonight - the company is guaranteed to be good, but the food is guaranteed to be underseasoned <g> so I made up some Dry Fire to bring along. Trouble is, with my little mini-food-chopper, it's easy to get little flakes of pepper, but harder to get a nice, uniform powder. Any recommendations?
