It was only the first one (apparently) so Im hoping that next years will be better. It seemed to be organised by a place called 'ChileMania' who are a mail order sauce outfit here in QLD. There were some good stalls like ChileMania's with heaps of suaces and books etc, there were some chilli suppliers and a few other chilli companies displaying their stuff. Got myself an interesting product called 'Chile-Juice' which is sort of like pineapple juice but with a bite!. The only bad part of the festival were the plants that were on sale, ugg! they were shocking!, sure they had hundreds of varieties, but $2.95 for a plant looked like it would be dead in 5 mins was not the bargin I hoped. Some pots had more weeds then chilli plant and some looked like they were transplanted that day. Made me realise how nice looking my collection is. Anyway apart from the plants the rest of the festival was fun, If it really was the first one then they did a good job, but next year I hope will be bigger and better. OK Ive had my say. See Ya Brisbane Chile-head. Lee
