You could try one of the following:
Chili Relleno Casserole
Spray 9x12 baking dish w/pam-type spray
Cut into small [chop or shred] cheeses [one or mix of: cheddar, montery
jack, etc] into pan
[amount of cheese depends on how much you like cheese - from ½ cup
to......]
Cut into bitesize pieces anaheims, jalapenos, etc - your choice & add to pan
Blend 6-12 eggs (enough to fit into pan to ½-inch from top)
Bake in 350 oven ½ hour until browned on top & toothpick inserted in center
comes out clean
Serve at room temperature - cut into squares
Artichoke Spread
Spray 1 qt baking dish w/pam-type spray
Add
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesean cheese
1 can artichokes (drained & cut in 1/4s)
1 TBS chopped garlic to taste (I like lots of it so I add more)
Cut into bitesize pieces anaheims, jalapenos, etc - your choice & add to
dish
Stir together to mix
Bake in 350 oven ½ hour until browned on top & toothpick inserted in center
comes out clean
Serve warm w/french bread, pita chips, etc

Subject: [CH] Christmas party munchies recipes?
I've got my office Christmas party this Wed. and instead of bringing
the
usual ham biscuits and potato salad, I wanted to bring something
that would
give my co-workers a glimpse of El Grande, while not necessarily
seating
them at His/Her table (i.e. something that will perk them up a
little, but
nothing that will blow off the top of their heads.)
Any suggestions?
I've already decided on the Spiced Mixed Nuts from Myron (Thanks!)
