if you are not a Postum junkie as I am, this will strike you as a genuinely weird little question, but has anyone but me thought about doing the chile thang with Postum (original, not the artificial- coffee-flavored version) as some of us do with coffee? It sounds good to me. x Also, does anybody here have a copycat recipe for original Postum? The damn price keeps going up. A list member was kind enough to make some suggestions in another venue, but couldn't give any advice on proportions, and I'm not sure where I'd get maltodextrin or (since I don't know what it tastes like) what I could sub for it.
