Well fellow ChileHeads we're off to find the pepper. Leaving on Tuesday for Burma and Thailand. I'll give a report upon our return as to seeds found and new HOT recipes. Burmese cooking is milder than Thai BUT there's always a ChileHead lurking somewhere. This is a delayed (May 12) 25th Anniversary Trip. We had planned to go to the Greek Islands but with the time of year- it's head for the Southern Hemisphere or some parts of Southeast Asia. Thought about Bali, but they shooting at each other and that's a little too hot. Thought about Ethiopia, but needed to start shots months ago and we already of the right ones (I hope) for Burma and Thailand. So can of DEET in hand in search of a new Hot Chile off we go! If any one wants to give us last minute messages/suggestions (non-political please) use our other address: GloblGuru@aol.com It is our first trip into Burma other than border areas of Nae Hong Song and I can't count how many times we've been to Thailand. My last trip there was in Sept. New Years is always fun there---fireworks over the Phyra River eating Curry Crab, sipping on a Singha and generally relaxing. Hey!!! somebody's gotta do it.
