[CH] Chile garden

Before I start to plan my '99 garden I have to find out about replanting
chile plants in the same area.  All the books say I should rotate crops
but all I have is three 5'x16' raised beds that were almost all dedicated to
chiles last year.  Does this mean I should go through a year without
planting chiles or drastically scale down my crop?  How critical is crop
rotation to the hobby farmer?  Can I use different nitrogen fixing plants along
with the chile plants this year?  Gardening would be a drag without my
chiles.
