That's me. The Colonel kindly let me include a few of his wife's
recipes when I started up my Web site a couple of years ago. I have
a couple more of the Colonel's Thai curries that I kept for my own use
but that's it I'm afraid.

The food part of that site was, I believe, kept by Greg Metcalfe, a
Chile-Head of old. Greg? You still on the list?. Wasn't there also a
European mirror site? I've tried all of the main search engines and
can't find it anywhere.
Here's hoping Greg still has all the html files. Perhaps then we
could organise a new mirror site (with Muoi's permission, if we can
get it). I seem to remember Firegirl offered to host a US mirror. I
could do the same for the UK.
I'd hate a resource as good as The Colonel's site to be lost
altogether.
