Just went out and picked a dark leaf and a light leaf, both tasted rather Bland, although the light one tasted blander. When my mother was Spinning and Weaving many years ago we visited a Small Sheep Farm where the Owner German Agronomist was Feeding His Sheep trace Elements and Changing the Colour of Wool on their Backs, didn't notice any difference in the taste of the Lamb Chops between the Light Fleeced Sheep and their Darker Coloured fleece brothers and sisters.
