Hey Joe Isn't Fear Itself great!! I just love the stuff. It was developed by a local (Vancouver, B.C.) restaurant chef for his Louisiana style restaurant. They used to serve it on the side with some dishes, but so many people asked about it that they decided to bottle it. When we do tastings at shows etc., we always sell tons of it. People want to try the hottest one we have and quite often this is what we put out. It has a wonderful fruity hab flavour, and not too much vinegar.
