Havaheart trap and then drown them? Sheeeese! Actually, I did use the DeCon method, but worried about the impact of the hawks and other birds that might eat the DeCon infested dead squirrels. There were a lot less squirrels for the time being, but they came back. So now I use cages for the plants. Keeps the rabbits out also. A baseball bat might work. As for bees, I have about 30 rosemary plants, and there are no less than 100 bees on each of these plants during the day. Don't know what will happen when the "killer" bees get to this region, but it's predicted. >For squirrels, I'd recommend a Havaheart trap, and then either >relocating the critters far far away, or drowning them (while they >are in the trap) in a trash can full of water. http://home.earthlink.net/~socalsuz/ ("`-'-/").___..--''"`-._ Suz, `6_ 6 ) `-.
