I sent the ground chiles which I've added to my pages this year to a 
friend who is a spice chemist and has access to  High Pressure Liquid 
Chromatography.

He sent me the results of testing today. The results are measured it 
% Major Capsiacins or %MC. He says that results measured in Scoville 
Units are notoriously unreliable, but that 1% MC is approximately 
250,000 Scoville units. The results are published at:

PS. He says that they have some lines which exceed 2.0. I'm
